While working on the firms telephone help desk I will NOT adopt the WE/MI server administrators policy and inform my companies client's that no problem exists UNLESS their system has been offline for more than 36 hours...

you know,
considering that thread started in november 2000,
(it's current incarnation is a repost)
I find it enlightening that we still have not exausted all possibilities..

what was supposed to be a 12 step program has grown to suggest we, as a communty, are seriously addicted...
