i know how much you hate this,
but it is time to bombard EA support,

send to both places, they both passed the buck back and forth last time,

The chat/game server for Shogun Total War : WARLORDS EDITION has been offline since Sunday.
It is now Wednesday.
Please fix it.
BTW
the old Shogun chat/game server is working fine, Warlords is still offline.

Heya Tera -
right now we should be facing each other on the battlefield, looking down the barrels of each other smoothbore's,
instead we are here - lurking, and me without any booze to help the withdrawl symptoms...

it is still under EA, at least EA claim it is,

they still advertise it on their list of online games...

and it is bad PR to let it fold like that,
especially as BOTH versions and the MI expansion are STILL on the shelves !!!

1. buy mag
2. install demo
3. put in mail
4. me get in mail

Now I'm assuming the above time is 10:44 am,
-7 GMT - um, (*brain makes clunks and grinds*) that means it was 5:44pm tuesday GMT

so by 5:44 pm Thursday GMT the server should be back...

that is 2am friday my local time,
- a total a few hours short of 6 full days

and if you want to annoy them a little bit more here's how
(this took half an hour af trawling through their online helpsite to find...)

send an E-MAIL to "uk-support@ea.com" including the following in the subject line: [Help] (Including the square brackets)

For example:
To: uk-support@ea.com
Subject: [HELP]
Main Body: Problem description and further information

Please include as much information as possible in the mail. Such as the game name, problem, any error messages as well as information about your computer. This information is very important to our troubleshooting techniques, and will enable us to provide you with an answer to your problem much quicker.

**IMPORTANT**
If you do not include the [HELP] (including the square brackets) in the subject line you will only receive the standard automated reply.
