I love to play Oda.

Originally hoping for Nobunaga or Hideoyoshi, but Chosokabe? Nobunaga called him a wingless bat on a birdless island...

1 Takeda Shingen
2 Chosokabe Motochika
Uesugi Kenshin a clear first with Hojo Shoun and Mori Motonari second with almost half as much fit as Uesugi.
I've done this in the past, and i got different results as many answers have changed over the years.
I got:
1. Asai Nagmasa
2. Uesugi Kenshin
What Clan did my #1 response belong to?
To the Asai clan:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Azai_Nagamasa
Asai Nagamasa, had the luck(?) of becoming family with Nobunaga (through marrying Nobunaga's sister), and the unfortunate idea of betraying him at the wrong time.
His head ended up as a cup in Nobunaga's table unfortunately to the dismay of his sister.
By the way, speaking of Uesugi Kenshin, here is an impersonation of the man from one of the extra scenes of Kagemusha (film):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CxtDOcNYyg4
Uesugi Kenshin is the Buddhist name of the man (you can see in the scene above him wearing a monk's robe and holding a monk's prayer rope in addition to his daimyo's robe and hat); his name prior to that was Nagao Kagetora. Kenshin is particularly important in Zen Buddhism and there is also a famous koan that was introduced to the koanic syllabous due to him - the koan of "the three i-don't-know". Similarly (Takeda) Shingen's name is also a Zen Buddhist name; his maturity name prior to that was Harunobu. The two had been nicknamed "the Dragon of Etchigo" and "the Tiger of Kai". The two animals are a Zen reference to the two sides of the human heart: the Dragon is the otherwordly transcendental side and the tiger the earthly immanent side. It is a kind of ying yang match/mismatch, which was very fitting to their relationship of respectful but fierce enemies.
Incidentally, Nobunaga was particularly lucky in that both men died before they could take the fight to him. The death of kenshin brought a civil war to the Uesugi ranks that nullified them as threats for the Oda, while Shingen's death had the well known conclusion of the battle of Nagashino.

I have taken this test several times during many years and i always get Hojo Soun, just like this time. Not a bad figure among the Sengoku daimyos. He startedd from scratch with name Ise Shinkuro and carved a domain from nothing in the face of the resistance of both Yamanouchi and Ogigayatsu branches of the classical Uesugi Clan. He provided his Clan a capable heir in Hojo Ujitsuna. Still if i remember right Soun never used the family name Hojo, but it was adopted by his son Ujitsuna.
Iirc there is no evidence for a proper geneaological link between the Sengoku Hojo and the old Shoguns of Japan during the time of the Mongol invasions. It has been long speculated that Shoun and his progeny chose the name for the prestige it carried ie for political reasons.

The test hesitates between Hojo Soun and Tokugawa Ieasy (the latter is slightly more frequent). I've made the test several times and the first three remain unchanged, though they sometimes change their postions: Tokugawa Ieasy, Hojo Soun and Toyotomi Hideyoshi. Oda Nobunaga is somewhere at the other end of the queue, which is not very surprising.
