I remember that once i had a province that trained an extra valor units although that a different unit was written in its statics, and both units had extra valor.
is it because of a building or the developers just forgot to write some things?

The description box can only show one unit with a bonus.

I seem to recall a topic on the subject, perhaps in the Main Hall, but that is all I remember.

Probably because the building had a master swordsmith/bowyer/spearmaker. Master level bulidings confer valor bonuses aside from the region specific bonus. It's possible to get v2 from a master level building and a region valor bonus.

Some provinces do give valour bonuses to more than one unit but only one will be displayed in the information parchment, for example Castille gives a valour bonus to both Inquisitors and Grand inquisitors and Rum gives valour bonuses to Ottoman infantry and Ottoman Sipahi.
