Just wondering...

I just recently had time to actually sit down and play single player without any cheats at all. I used them before to save on time, but the fact is, I played with my friend giving him control of the province and stuff, this is all explained in the PBEM/throne room section I believe how I did this...anyway,

One of my heirs, Ludwig, had a valor of 5 starting out, however he was given his own army, and ended up with a valor of 10, what gives? Can anyone explain this to me? Also, right after the battle...it dropped to like, 2-3, and no, the Vice and Virtues only increased his valor by 2 more( giving him 8, he gained one in battle. ) so it wasn't a vice or virtue...

Raise the command by 3 each... I think, do they have any direct upgrade on the generals Val?
So assuming that he had eight, assulted a castle, which would mean attacking would raise his command by 6...
and if he had 2 that would mean 8... Then it would drop back down to 2 after the battle,

and I'd to agree with Medieval Assassin here, did you retrain him at all? or maybe not even retrain but just merge units into his army? besides that I really dont know

List his vices and virtues (sometimes vices like Pride add to valour).

List how many where in his unit before the battle and after the battle.

Did you retrain the unit?

Was there any other knights... is auto merge on?

I have the replay where he was 10 I believe, but I don't have the save game...It was the game my friend and I were playing, and he was fighting poland I think, I'm not sure. lol...

I added to his army, but I never merged units with him, I didn't believe he needed it at the time.
