The Alhambra

Well, I found out today that, as the almohads, you can't build a fortress in Granada until the time limit for the Alhambra glorious achievement expires. Slightly frustrating considering a fortress is better than the citidel required for the goal. To further complicate things, I think that if I destroy the Fortress to try and rebuild the citadel, I won't be able to accomplish the Iberian Almohad Civilization goal in time to get some of the points. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/gc-furious3.gif

Oh well, guess I'll have to murder and pillage my way to the top Tis a shame that I can't do better than a glorious achievement goal and still get the points.

Alhambra is not impossible to accomplish. I have managed to build it twice in normal so far. Some careful strategy will do it.
