View Full Version : Leadership qualities
Hi Chaps,
Probably an old question but do the Leadership qualities of an officer/captain effect his individual unit when in battle. Or is it only the generals command, dread etc that effects precedings.

He might know where to find what he needs:
Morale affecting vices of the general affects ALL units in the battle. Individual unit commander's vices affect their own units only.
Valour affecting vices only play a part on individual units, including the general's.
Command stars of the general in command grant additional valour (and morale) to all units in the battle. They would last as long as the general is alive and not captured (even if he has withdrawn off the field).
Dread has NO effect on the battlefield, only on the strategic map as governors ONLY (+5% loyalty per skull).
Thanx guys,
Appreciate the the help. So command stars in non general units don't influence there individual units performance and its just the vices that effect individual units.
