Need constructive criticism

Hey you guys I made a Halo 2 clan a while ago called The Triumvirate (http://www.freewebs.com/makkyo). It is in need of members buy if you aren't interested in joining, please give me some advice and/ or constructive criticism on what I can do to make it better. (As I have nothing better to do during the summer)

I'm mod on HaloPlanet (http://www.forumplanet.com/haloplanet/), so if you can stand the Gamespy ads and irritable 13 year old Americans have a look around there.

sounds a lot like the bungie.net forums. Nobody there seems to be able to write in real english. There's a lot of internet spang lingo going on there that makes everybody seem like complete idiots.
