Alright, I'm pretty new to modding. I've been able to create a faction, but I was wondering if anyone out there could give me some definitive guides on creating units and editing existing ones, as well as a shield creating program?

Yea, I tried that, that's where I got starkhorn's guide on creating factions. But everything else is kind all over the place, both in location, and in information... at least in my opinion it is.
