Barocca's STW mod for MTW

I just read a post mentioning Baracca's STW mod for MTW and so looked at his website(only documents seem to be in the archive section), searched etc but can't find any information on it.

Where can I download it?
How many MB is the download?
What version of MTW does it need to play? (I'm hoping v1.1)

Can anyone help?

It needs VI, look in the modding section or in the sword dojo.
