Looks like you need to learn about sleep hygiene. Getting 7.5-8 hours of sleep every night is a simple pleasure that is attainable and can be bragged about. Here's a link on good sleep habits.

Unfortunately, I may have read that you are 14. I've read that teenagers dont get sleepy until very late at night. So you might just want to stay up. Choice is yours.

If you pass out from excessive alcohol consuption it does not classify as sleep as i am finding out to my detrement as we speak.
