Training

Maybe this will be in the next Total War game but I don't think so. I had an idea about training. What IF you could train your legions for example to focus on attack and thus making them easier to kill or have them focus on defense.
Maybe your cavalry could focus on charges so the horses wouldn't stop suddenly and throw off you men. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/gc-speechless.gif

Ya like have base stats and give one traning opportunity hmm for example:

Peasent

Attack: 1
Defence: 1
Speed: 3

Theres prob more stats involved but I'm just showing an example :)

Pre-Production Training

Attack: Training your unit in attack with give this specific unit a permanent +1 in battle

Defence: Same +1 for D

Speed: Same +1 for speed
