Superb Risky Attack

If somebody has a general with Superb Risky Attack, can you do me a favor. Does the description say +2 to command or +3? And can you check what effect it really has on his command? (Move him like he's going to attack, and see how his stars change. But watch for other command modifiers)

I've imported and massaged all the v&vs from \Loc\Eng\EVENTS and CHANGES.TXT. The Superb Risky Attack virtue (against_odds_atk3 in the files) appears to have a typo in its description - it says +2 to attack when the other superb virtues are +3. I'm wondering if its effect is also typo'd. Or if I'm doing something wrong.

I'll post this listing after a little more massaging. It fixes some errors seen in postings of v&vs elsewhere, like in the Org's files and e.g. at www.freewebs.com/totalwar85. The listings I've seen don't appear to have modified EVENTS with CHANGES, and there are a lot of changes or new v&vs in CHANGES - 87 titles and 85 descriptions are changed or added anew (a quarter of the 322 v&vs). As a litmus test, if a v&v list says Superb Poor Odds Attacker instead of Superb Risky Attack, it does not have the CHANGES info added.

Superb Risky attacks is a very difficult virtue to get (namely because you have to be outnumbered in more than a couple of battles) and I have only ever managed to get the Skilled Risky Attacks on its own in most of my games.

got it on my Viking king.

play VI and send only your king on a rampage.

his unit of huscarles can carve through whole stacks and you'll have that vice fairly soon.

try a Viking campaign and just carve through stuff with your king's huscarles.

i think he should get that quite soon.

Hehe I have yet to try VI although I've had it for months Enoying MTW too much (including the VI enhancements). Anyway, the issue is solved now, as seen in the other thread. Thanks as always
