Need favor on mpas and v1.03 patch help

the maps do not download correctly to my computer, they download as a music file and thats why my maps wont load, could someone please with all the maps zip em up and send em to me? i would owe u big time, anyone plz thx also i installed the v1.03 patch but at the opening screen in shogun in the top right corner it still says v1.02 why? thx again

o ya the arrows patch, it downloads as a music file to, that if sent would be appricated.

the 1.03 thing well shogun doesnt now its 1.03 it doesnt show up.

the maps r already zipped ill try and send em they're in 5 parts hopefully it'll fit if it doesnt work sorry i couldnt b more helpful

i had problems with maps when i was getting them too. i solved the problem by opening the battle/maps folder in the main folder of shogunwe/mi, and dragged and dropped each jjm and tga file into it. it took a little time, but i am up to 402 maps now. good luck. as for the 103 stats, i hear vanya's 10x swapper is the tool you need to change between stats. better to obtain assistance from tosa or yuuki on this however.

Minikiller, the 1.03 does not appear on screen because it is a mod rather than a patch. It includes installer and read me. I have not used Vanya's swapper as I find the dos swapfile in the download easy and convenient to use.
Did you try downloading Mappack 303.exe? This also contains an installer which should direct the maps to the correct folder.
As e.mail attachments the five zipfiles would take ages to send

make sure you download a statswapper, it allows you to quickly switch between 102 and 103 without shutting shoggy down, simply alt tab out and swap.
(personally i find Vanya;s easy to use,
try them both and pick which you are happiest with)
Make sure in online that all players are using same stat set or the everyone will get kicked back to server when battle starts,

103 did not change the exe file, simply stats, hence there is no change to the 1.02 on the load screen.

ok m8 gonna try 2nite would now but going out soon if it doesnt work then maybe download @ a friends computer and tranfer using cd or ask a trusted online friend send him a blank cd and ask him to put the maps on it and send it back (well duh!)
