On the freighter ship near the end of What's Up Tiger Lily?
Watch me shoot four guys with three bullets
LA confidential should be on that list
For me, Heat, absolutely. Best 'shoot out' I've seen, before or after.

On a lighter note there is an excellent spoof of a gunfight in a UK TV series names Spaced (second series). Try and find it... it will make you laugh.

Not too many westerns here. How about the three way stand off with the music boxes in, IIRC, a Fistful of Dollars?
(Showing his age...)
(My mistake. Its in for a few dollars more.)

3,000 miles to graceland has some good shootout senes in it.
The casino and the shotout with the swat team at the end is good. Plus it has Kurt Russell and an evil Kevin Costner https://forums.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/bigthumb.gif

Face/Off is good but really if you watch a John Woo film. Don't expect realism https://forums.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
Expect lets of Over the Top explosions. (I laughed at windtalkers. The Tommy gun rounds hitting the ground look like 20mm AA shells https://forums.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/rolleyes.gif )
