Cereal and games.

For me, sitting around playing games on a rainy day while eating vast amounts of cereal is a great way of regaining my (never lost) youth.

Was wondering what cereal you guys eat. Lately I've been eating a ton of Seven Grain organic cereal. Tastes good and stays crunchy a long time. Good for when the keyboard demands your presence.

Corn Flakes with granola on top is good too.
And Rice Crispies. Gotta love Rice crispies.

I actually really like Bran Flakes with (fresh sliced) banana slices.

As an ashmatic I find low fat cow milk or ordinary goats milk very good.

Milk is like a wonderfood... high protein, calcium and a few other goodies.

i quit milk because of the overwhelming data that it isn't good for you. we're not calves - there is no other animal out there that continues to drink milk past infancy.
i've already given up all meat (12 years) and no sodas/ soft drinks (3 years) so milk won't be that big of a deal.
unless i move to a small town or something, i have plenty of eating options here in nyc.

Are you giving up Whey protein, cheese and other dairy products too?

Some of the data I have read on how bad milk is has been from very dubious and biased sources. But I do think the fat in milk is not good for asmatics.

I love honey nut cheerios though I often run into trouble when I try to combine gaming and eating. So very often a major turning point in a battle is exactly when I spill the milk all over my crotch. It is also generally difficult to hold a spoon, a mouse, and control the keyboard.
