there are links to it on the org homepage.

it's the likely the most popular mod for MTW and for good reason.

it's now just about 100% historically accurate as well as being more balanced with the AIs putting up far better of a fight.

so true. some of my blitzes ended up quadrupling the enemy army when I didn't watch loyalty that closely.
