Adding new titles

Does anyone know if there's a limit to the number of new titles you can add. I've created quite a few new ones and now some of them are misbehaving.

you mean you are trying to add additional titles?

you only get one per province for govs and then special ones from the royal administrative buildings. you can mod what they say but I doubt you can add new ones very easily.
