This is a temporary forum and all of us lost some posts i think so dont worry , i think they ll be back when the normal forum goes online.
By the way you dont become a senior member by your postcount , you get promoted for your services into the .org (mopping the floor ,washing dishes, creating cool mods ,writing cool guides and anything else usefull). So dont worry too much about postcounts http://212.238.194.39/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
Rasforos is right. The profiles of all users have been reset to the one of two weeks back, so all the posts you made in that period don't count.
Neither is post count important for promotion: once a junior patron was promoted after just one post. I have also seen junior patrons who had made a hundred post and still weren't promoted.
You'll will become senior patron if the moderators see that you are behaving yourself friendly and helpful and if you don't spam. It just takes a while because the moderator that was responsible for promotions has been replaced and the new ones have to find their own routine.

"Sjakihata: Guys like massamuusi will perhaps never be promoted "
I didn't mean it to be offensive in any way, so I apologise all the parties that have been offended. I honestly thought that it was a good idea. I will try to make fewer jokes, since I cannot keep them civil.
And thank you Sjakihata for your kind words. I really appreciate them.
Murmandamus, english is not my first language, only learned it through movies and internet&games. I don't want to mock anyones language skills, since I remember how embarrasing it was for me to open my mouth at all when I was at early stage of learning the language, I still feel ashamed for my poor swedish and how horribly I pronounce french... Especially french is something I don't feel like even trying, since the french actually laugh at me when I try to use it.... ~:mecry:

I actually liked it. And I for one didn't find it offensive at all, although I agree that it might be interpreted that way if one didn't know where it came from.
So, to shed some light on it, it's a rather famous piece of dialogue from a semi-famous videoclip, and you can probably get a better idea from here: all your base (http://www.planettribes.com/allyourbase/) .
Have a look at it and then please reconsider if this was offensive.
I thought it was just funny, and not directed to anyone, let alone criticize spelling and such.

Take off every Zig!!! Gotta love the song. Even got a mp3 of it.
"All your base" is a rather old (by internet age) craze.
Of course, massa's post can be considered in both ways, an insider joke or a poke at another's language.

Massamuusi posts on other forums that I visit. I don't know him well (Hi, Massa!), but he's always come across as the good sort. I don't think any ill-will was intended, though perhaps the reference was more obscure than I expected. (Love that old video.)
Lots of smiley's!

What we have here is a perfect example of how mis-communication is best handled. Person "A" writes something, Person "B" remarks on it, Person "C" detects offense, Person "B" clarifies, and we move on.
With our international membership, the possibilities of mis-communication are great, so we go to great lengths to be as clear as possible, while tolerating mangled spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
One good practice to develop, when quoting material you have not written yourself (for example the 'all ur base' quote above) is to clearly identify it as a quote, either with "quotation marks" or italics, or some other way to distinguish it from your text. And direct quotes should be attributed.
Our thanks to all here who contribute to this board's clarity. ~:thumb:

Seriously don't look for other people trolling based on the smallest hint or being a troll. Apply this to the rest of the forum particularly in the Entrance Hall... but do be ready for a roasting in the Tavern.
Don't just be civil, be extra polite and if something offends you PM a moderator.
And if you want to try a slanging match be warned I know more Australians then you do.

Here in finland, if someone makes commentaries about grammar or punctuation marks, it's called "fucking the punctuation" or "screwing the dot". I don't usually comment grammar, only if I'm losing conversation ( ~;) ).
