http://212.238.194.39/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif I guess you mean bifs for the review panel and info files. To create any bifs the first thing you'll need is a program to view the bif files eg Bif reader (downloadable from the Org) and a decent 2D graphics program to do the editing. I recommend Adobe photoshop but you can use paintshop pro, and other similar 2D programs. To replace an existing bif is straight forward.
Once you've got bif reader, open up the bif you want to replace/edit. In File, you'll see a number of option highlighted, (once you've opened a bif file). You'll need to select extract frame as BMP. This will create a new file (a BMP or BitMap) Open this file with photoshop or paintshop pro and start your editing either cutting and pasting new images or re-drawing etc. You'll need to keep to the original size of the image and keep your colour palet to 256 colours. Once you've finnished editing. Save the BMP file. Next open up the original Bif file and select Import frame from BMP and select your new BMP file. Your new BMP will then overwrite the old bif . Then click save Bif. and thats it. There are a few other things that I could mention eg keep the right colour green background around your bifs as the computer doesn't read it so is able to easily select the bif's. There are some good guides if the Guildforum gets back on line. They're a little more expansive, comprehensive, this is only a basic intro.
Hope its of some help.
