Went to gamestop.com and looked up their ordering information for Rome:Total War.

DISCLAIMER: I do NOT vouch for the accuracy of any of this. This is merely what I found on a major retailers website, so it's second-hand at best.

Tech requirements were sparse but here's what they had:

Minimum:

Processor: Pentium® III 1.0GHz (1000MHz) or Athlon™ 1.0GHz (1000MHz) processor or higher
RAM: 256MB RAM
CD-ROM: 8x Speed CD-ROM drive (1200KB/sec sustained transfer rate) and latest drivers
Hard Drive: 2.9GB of uncompressed free hard disk space (plus 500MB for Windows® swap file)
Video Card: 3D hardware Accelerator Card Required - 100% DirectX® 9.0b compatible 64MB Hardware Accelerated video card and the latest drivers*.

Recommended:

Hmm, my current computer seems to be almost exactly what the minimun requirements are. ~:)

But I'm planning on buying a new comp anyway. These things get old so fast. ~:mecry:

I've had my computer since 2001, it might run RTW decently - but I don't know if Medium or Minimum detail will do - I want to see it in all the glory ~D
