Are things a lot quieter since the new board came back up? If so, I guess that has something to do with the password restore procedure described on the frontpage.

yeah i have seen a significant drop in the number of users that are one. Mabey thought it will be brought back up once everyone gets their new password and finds out that the e-mail is in the junk mail folder.

I've been away for two weeks and I was a little surprised (though it was not really unexpected) to find a new board.
Got some 'troubles' logging in, so I had to ask for a new password and then reset the password to the old one. Perhaps not everyone has taken the trouble to refresh their profiles yet?

When I used to check the "who's on" status at the bottom of the index page, 3 weeks ago it would list out 25-30 members, and 2-3 guests. Now it's the other way 'round. I strongly suspect those "guests" are un-re-activated members. We're working on that. Tosa has to personally handle each case as it's identified, and do the appropriate fixes. On top of getting this forum running smoothly software-wise, etc. Daunting tasks. I expect a return to 'normal' next week.
