Light Rail Riders Running Scared

I ran across this and am frightned because my wife rides light rail every day. Does anybody know how I can respond to such a threat. The lead stockings don't seem to be working!!!this (http://mrwhipple.blogspot.com/2004/08/light-rail-laser-linked-to-ankle.html)

don't worry about it. you'd need to stand in the doors for a long time to even hace a SLIGHT increase in your cacer risk.

person standing in the doorway for an extended period of time over many days can retain a high enough dose of radiation that may be able to mutate cells in the tissues in the riders ankle thereby causing cancer.
