View Full Version : Myth or Fact?
I'm new to these forums and for the most part the totalwar games. I have Medieval Total war but I have only played it breifly and found it rather hard to grasp. I tend to play fps games mostly. Recently the clan I'm in which is not total war related in anyway took on a new member called Pyrogenx. When you join our Battlefield Veitnam clan your suppose to tell the clan commanders what previous clans your in battlefield series. He said he never really played battlefield online much before but he was in a few other clans in different games including one called chaos in the shogun total war game. I was chatting to him one night over mirc and asked him how he got on at the shogun game. He said he was resonable good but out of practise since he left the game because he had made too enemys. I asked him what that mean't and after some time he divulged this madcap story about being involved in this chaos clan (which apparantly had a very appropriate name) he was invloved in this constant internal fued with a several other members and invloved in wars with other clans. I will have to ask him to recap on what he said I can't recall it all but it certainly made me laugh alot. Was really bazzare and very funny...anyone know anything about him or the clan or was he blowing smoke up my ass. The only thing I can find to back up his story is he said he fought several different players one of which appears to be a guild moderator named Shadewolf who he said he use to attack his mountain top lair.
Asides from that game looks interesting I'm considering getting the new rome total war game but it might be a bit over my head. I may get practising with what I have.

Well, welcome to the world of Medieval Total War spectre ~ . I hope you enjoy playing the game - it's great, one of my all time greats. There should be plenty on this forum for you to get started in the campaigns. Unfortunately I can't help you with the clan query - I just don't know ~:dizzy: .
Now, go forth and do battle :knight: ~D

Choas was a clan. the story may sound strange but clan wars and internal infighting aren't unknown (at least not to me)
Seems he was telling the truth. Anyone know about a player called Demon....he was suppose to have brought about the downfall of the clan?

Don't know, personally. We very carefully avoid discussions of clan politics here (i.e. their leadership, intrigues, crises, etc) . Don't get me wrong: we encourage and support clan membership - we have entire forums designated for the subject, and clan web links take up a third of our front page.
But the Org itself is not a clan, and in the interest of impartiality and fairness to all clans - we neither hold, nor present, any opinion on internal clan matters.
Okay sorry if I broke any rules. I don't know any other clans he was involved in so I did not post on any clans forums. Just thought I would ask around here. Thxs for your time.

No rules broken.
The Org ideally is 'holy ground' (Highlander) and is ideally where people from everywhere can communicate and have fun.
It is true some people get very involved in their roles in clans, and MP is only battles... I wonder how they would be if MP was full campaign (even play strategic pieces)... then we could see some very interesting multiplayer politics.

Oh Yes CHAOS those were the days....
Yes I was ChaosWolf, Chaotic Wolf, Wolf of Chaos back in the good old days. Shades were born out of the ashes of chaos, with myself, Brown, Lord and Hilly. When chaos died we formed another clan....... ~:)
and as for my mountain hideout, Yes I always played the same map, it was a mountain and the enemy always attacked me, excellent map and real fun to play :knight:
