Hi Nerouin, welcome to the .Org~ We're glad to have you here. Did you pick your "Nero-ish" name because you play the fiddle at bonfires?

Welcome to the .Org! Don't worry, it won't take too long to get promoted, and then you'll have access to all of the women and drugs...Sorry, what am I saying? Bibles, women and bibles. Phew, that was close...

Ha-ha.. well, actually, I didn't quite catch that joke ~;) Was it a reference to the Roman emperor Nero, somehow?

Actually, Nerouin is the name of the drug in Minority Report that was responsible for the precogs being born as they were! ~:joker: It sounded a cool name.

The Emperor Nero has many strange and, well, strange stories attached to him... one of which is that he played the fiddle during the entire length of the great fire in Rome in 64 AD.

Knowing the origin of your name now, we can only assume that Nero's mom was on nerouin and so he could see that he'd spend the rest of his life ruling like an idiot, hence his untimely end...

Then there was Calligula, who made his horse a senator.

Thank god for eccentrics!

I see we have another Raymond Feist fan here ^^^^

Have you read his recent series? I was disappointed.. IMO the Riftwar Saga is still the best of them all.. the Serpentwar Saga is entirely too depressing, all my favorite characters from Riftwar die!

Yes and even more of a fan of Janny Wurts books... but getting English books let alone fantasy in Taiwan is next to impossible... except for books on how to learn english there are entire floors... but very little that is actually english novels.
