While convalecing at home I recently watched a show on the History Channel. It used a video game to enact/depict the series of battles between Spartacus and Rome. Could this be the new RTW that is due out soon? :jumping:
Yeah, that's the RTW engine, however, I don't know how updated it is.
Some of the people - environment graphics are missing, looks like some grass graphics are missing and I don't believe shadows are there.
However, the majority of the footage is from the game.

Tito, there have been 5(?) episodes aired so far. There is a Decisive Battles thread in the Colosseum that has a link to an IGN.com article on the show. It lists all 13 battles that will be featured in this first season of the show...ah, here's the article: http://pc.ign.com/articles/532/532411p1.html
I laughed in that last episode of Decisive battles, Spartucus versus the Romans. My wife asked me are you laughing at the graphics and I told her no, what I was laughing at was the peasants chasing the legionaires off the battlefield. I guess that will suck though if that happens in the game.

Not as embarassing as having your Royal Knights chased off by Peasants... ~D
