Whats really good for runnig the game?

I was playing the demo on my Dell 4300 desktop (Pentium 4, 512 MB memory) and noticed that the game laged some here and there when I zoomed in close to see the actual battle and had problems while I moved the camera around from place to place, and I have been recently looking at actual gaming computers to buy. So what should I be looking for, as in what should I get so that the game runs really smooth, Or should I just redo the computer, add memory and take the "other crap off"

P.S. is it better to buy a computer with a Pentium Athalon or Nvidia processor.

You may not need a new comp at all you may just need to get a video card for it and if you do'nt want to do it and you do'nt know anyone that can help you you can take it to best buy or compusa and have them install it. But installing a graphics card is pretty easy.
