Two group formations (group formations are the ones like single or double line, only useable when the units are grouped) that would be very useful to have would be solid line and spaced line.
Spaced Line- Have a unit, then a space the size of the unit (or maybe a bit bigger), then another unit, then another space the size of the unit, etc. This would be very useful for anyone trying to recreate the real Roman tactics (checkerboard).
Solid Line- Basically, the units form a continuous line, with no gaps. This would be vital for any army relying on phalanx or spear formations.
Thoughts?
