Best screen resolution? Way to check on my pc?

what the best screen resolution setting? the highest? or is that not fit for all pc's. I put everything on and the highest resolution (all the way to the right in the in battle options menu) and it looked beautiful

I would say go as big as your videocard and monitor can handle.
