Are Sacred Band infantry included in the demo? I saw some mention on them in the forums and i just wanted to see if i was missing out in the demo.

Yes, they can definitely be modded in. Get one of the demo mod utilities (http://www.totalwarcenter.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=6982) and/or download one of the user mods already created.

As Stuie said, yes you have to Mod, and I personally recommend you get the RoDeO Mod.
