Guys, I'm sorry if this question has been asked already but I have lost my manual and I'm wondering if there's on online manual somewhere. After not having played the game for over a year and making mods, I'm just getting back into it. I hope some of you remember me. :) Thank you.

Just have a quick look in the Guides Forum over here.

You'll find all kinds of guides there: frogbeastegg's superb unit and strategy guide, different strategy guides (one for each faction; written by the org's patrons) and even some battlefield tactics guide (i.e. on the use of horse archers).
You'll find everything covered by your printed manual in these forums.
