I heard in a few places that you can change ur tax rate on ur clan's land... but I never seem to figure out how? anyone know?

above where it says "end turn" erm, click it, cant remember what it says, but a lil screen will pop up say taxes:
high
normal
low

or sumthing like that.

The amount of Koku, click it.

A little screen will pop up with the least loyal province and the differnet options for taxes,
low
medium
high
punitive.

though the latter 2 will bring more income, the people will be more likely to revolt.
