What with the USA indulging itself in MTW and the server apparently abandoned, it would appear that MI is destined to become a memory. http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/frown.gif

The Fakeserver is neat but there are still some glitches there. So it looks like the time has come to say farewell. http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/frown.gif http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/frown.gif

I still don't think MTW will match Shogun, especially since it is one player one faction. How many will leave games because they don't want to play as ....?

It's a shame to see the greatness of Shoggy crumble under MTW, but now a new Total War online experience is born dude, let MI be a pleasent distant memory.

Nope, if you choose English nobody else can. I read in another thread that this is being looked into but at the moment it's one player one faction. If someone who has the game can confirm?

Yes it's one player per faction online. Many of the units in the different factions are similar, but it's too early to tell if one faction has a clear cut advantage over the others.

Well this has not caused me a problem yet.

Even in 4v4 (and I was the last to join)

I still had the chooice of a number of faction...

Hopefull this will be ironed out at some time, maybe by adding the missing factions, like Scotland, wales, Aragon etc

this will give almost two factions per country....

Anyway
