This thought followed deBaser's thread on stat screens for MTW.

Usually the first two things I do on campaign is turn on the auto assign titles and auto manage taxes. These things are helpful and take away some fiddly aspects of this great game. I've been thinking about some other options I'd like to have. These options are mainly based around your agents. It would've been great to have some drop down menus for, say, assassins. For example:

1st Menu for Positioning
- remain in this province
- remain in friendly provinces
- go to any province

2nd Menu for targets
- target heirs
- target emissaries
- target religous units

3rd Menu for chance of success
- with any chance of success
- with more than 33% chance
- with more than 50% chance

This is just a quick idea and could maybe be used for inquisitors also. Of course this is just me being lazy and as others have said in the Entrance Hall we do pick fault with this fine game. It's like picking fault with Kylie's raised eyebrow.

Just being able to drop an agent on a target province more than one move away and have him go there would be a great improvement.

How does auto title work? Does it give the title to your highest accumen non noble? That would be OK except for titles that come with command stars.

You can. Just place it in the province and the agent will move during the phase in which the computer armies and agents show their moves.

Auto title gives the command titles to your best generals. Only then accumen is considered. This is bad for rich provinces like Constantinople because high command generals do not neccesarily have high acumen. Also, it does not deassign titles if your governor starts developing bad vices. Thirdly, the AI is very bad at combining usefull titles.
Therefor, I never use it. I prefer to do it myself and scan all my governors for vices every twenty or so years.
