This game is KILLING my wrist. I use a hyper-sensitive mouse, and the inability to change speed/sensitivity in game is horrible. Has anyone found a workaround for this?

not yet, but I hate it too. I'm slowly getting used to it, but a sensitivity slider should have been put in.

They should add it in. My FPS isn't too high, so increasing the mouse speed would be great.

Can't you do that in windows itself? Granted, it's not optimal (since then the change is put through all things you do), but it is a temporary solution?

No - if it is anything like the demo, the sensitivity is fixed in RTW, and changing it in Windows makes no difference.

hotingzilla - I don't think there is any relationship between FPS and mouse sensitivity.

I've seen other people on the various forums confusing mouse sensitivity with the speed of the game itself - the two are not the same.

Mouse sensitivity is the distance which the cursor moves when you move the mouse on your physical desk; the higher the sensitivity the further the cursor moves for the same movement of the mouse. At the moment, you have to move the mouse several inches on your desk to move the cursor from one side of the RTW screen to the other. This can put a lot of strain on ageing wrists.
