Has anyone fought the civil war yet?

If so what event triggered it? I'm fairly far along in my Julii campaing and I want to plan well in advance of getting attacked. Thanks for any info.

the senate asked my faction leader to commit suicide and i refused. started the whole shebang. had been leading up to it though because they had been giving me missions where failure would result in a decision being made by a political office holder i.e. aedile, consul, censor etc.
