Hi I`m new in this Forum. Last week I've bought the Game(Shogun). In the Internet I've seen a lot of Screenshot which are very close of the Warriors. How can I Zoom in?

Also I've read a lot of Replays of Battles. In my Manual I doesn`t find anything about Replays?

Please help me.

Thanx

There are some pictures of troops that are very close to the screen but they are just...pictures.(That was all wish were true)But when I play Shogun the best way to get as close as possible is on the side of the cliff.

Hallospena, battles are saved to dumplog folder in main shogun directory. You need to create 2 new short cut desktop icons. Name them Record and Replay.
Right click "Record" and select properties. In the target address after .exe" add space ER
Do the same with the "Replay" icon but this time add space mEP. Start the game using Record icon, after battle go to dumplog folder. There you will find a file called "replay", to view you must start game through the Replay icon. The battle will be replayed for you and will freeze at the end of the battle, press esc to quit.
All new recordings overwrite so be careful to rename them. It does not matter what you name them but to be played you must first rename them to replay.
It does sound long winded but it works and believe me it's a neat device for saving those epic battles.
Any problems I am usually online about 9 pm UK time and I'd be glad to help out http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/wink.gif

Hi Magedan
When you replay a battle.
Before you start the game with the Replay Icon go to the Dumplog and make sure that you have the battle named.......replay.
The Replay Icon can only show a battle with that name. I had this happen to me a few times until i checked it out.
After watching the battle, make sure that you rename..replay..to a name for the battle otherwise the next time you record a battle it will overwrite this one. Hope this will help you. It is great watching your battles.
Good Luck http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/biggrin.gif.......Jochi Khan
