I was playing through the long campaign as the Brutii enjoying myself, but when I actually got to 50 provinces the game just kicked me out and told me that I won. I loaded it back up, and it repeated the process. So my question is, is there a way to continue a campaign past the set goal? I mean, it's great I won and all, but with half of the empire still in the other familys' hands, I don't feel like I've accomplished everything. It would really suck if I can't finish the game...

I got the same thing as well. I'm sure there is a way to mod it to continue but I think the game ends as soon as you get 50 Provinces and destroy the Senate. I had revolts in 2 major cities and had the Julii cornered in one province. I was just about to wipe them completely out as I did to the Scipii and then it ended. I really would've like the chance to wipe out all the other Romans completely

Someone really needs to figure this out. I really love this game except that I can't finish it to my satisfaction. Has anyone heard anything about a mod or something that will allow you to finish?

I read this in the other forum. Grifman, says that if you don't take Rome then it won't end. So just take what you want and leave Rome until you want to finish. That's what Grifman says so I have no idea if it really works. Any credit goes to him if it does work. Sounds like the best idea yet
