Intro's will not play

The videos when you start the game and when you start a new campaign will not play. The main menu looks all dimented when I move the arrow. None of this happened to me before. Can anyone speculate as to why this is happening? As far as the game is concerned, it runs fine and I can live with a funny looking menu, but I want to see the videos! Thanks

Same happened to me. You have to install media player 9.0 that's why you cant watch the movies. Good Luck!

Btw (spoiler alert ~;p), the intro movies are the same as the ones that Activision posted on the official website a month ago.
