Just wondering how it works since I've seen it mentioned. Since it has to be garrisoned it will rebel otherwise. So when you sell it what happens to your troops and how do they get troops to garrison it? Since now my empire is huge I'm looking at selling some land. Or is it garrisoned by your troops till they can get there with there own troops for it to be handed over?
