What kind of things do you do for promotion? What does promotion entail? Is there much of a difference between different levels of involvement? Just all general promotion information would be helpful.

Basically all you need to do is participate in the discussion here in the Entrance Hall forum and be a decent, respectable human being about it. There are no post count requirements and you don't have to be witty, intelligent or make long posts. You can participate in any existing topic or start your own if there is something you want to discuss. It is really quite easy.
