Try this-
1) Do any kind of battle, but have at least one unit of cavalry and infantry.
2) Deploy the infantry where you want them to be
3) Deploy the cavalry on top of the infantry
4) Deploy the cavalry where you want them to be
5) press "Start Battle"
Right as the battle starts, any of the infantry that were displaced while deploying the cavalry fall down, as if you had run the cavalry through them.
