I downloaded the patch a few days ago (1.1, fixed a bit of MP trouble and toned down elephant power) but now the link on the front page of totalwar.com has gone! Also it is nowhere to be seen. Other people have reported it missing.

Why have they taken away the patch? Has it introduced some other issue? ~:confused:

Nice to have a link there for people who missed it.

If a patch is forthcoming (another patch!) then that can only be good news.

No, they aren´t going to release a patch just yet - they are going to make sure the next one resolves all the issues that are reasonably possible to resolve.

Better to let them take their time doing it...

Yeah, I'd rather wait another month to get the patch if it fixes most/all of the current problems rather than getting the patch in a week and have bugs still lingering.
