How the heck do you create a second installation?
The shitty installer won't do it. The Menu only lists an *Un-Install* option and executing "Setup" results in the same with the only option is *Un-Install*.
I've just about had it with the Install Routine of the damn game.
Somebody needs to get fired! damn it!
This is ridiculous, you can't even install *over* the existing installation.
Who did this, who, who, I say. Bring them to my office, NOW!

make new folder, then copy paste = 2 installs. Worked for MTW. The inability to reinstall is gay tho.

Thanks that's what I'm about to do.
If there's Registry issues, which one would think there should be, I'm going to fed up.

Wow, I find this topic somewhat rude, someone needs to get fired because you couldn't copy a folder...and it has a sexual preferance?

Well, you can't uninstall the new copy, you'll going to just have to delete it, and since it didn't make any new registry changes, it should be ok. You won't be able to play multiplayer tho, since the cdkey is stored in the registry. Maybe you can, assuming it tries to access the right registry file.
hehehehehehe
ToranagaSama,
has been here long enough to know how to coopy an install over. ~D

It would be handy if CA put out a utility that cleaned up RTW registry entries though... Too many folks have had bad installs, then couldn't install properly later. Some folks can't patch, and registry entries are suspect.
