Am I being blockaded or what?

My port of patavium has 20 plus different small fleets, mostly Greek hanging around and I cannot get my ships in or out, though I noticed trade ships still get through on their dotted line course. It could be that patavium ha sthe best port for sailors to R&R than anywhere else a sit is my city with the highest pop, but aside from that roleplay thought I am perplexed. I am not at war with anyone, but Gaul. Is this a form of blockade or more an AI Glitch. There is no Blokade chain fence thingy on the screen either. :furious3: I am ready to go to war just to clean them all out.

While not actually blockading you (an act of war) then are imtimidating you... Successfully by the soud of it... ~D

If you have a big fleet just park next to there until they get the idea...

I'd guess its an overall AI strategy. I've seen the same thing done by 'neutral' land units.

Sounds like time to declare war on the Greek Cities... try offering them an Alliance. If they turn you down, they're preparing for war.
