I dont get why all these people critize the President of The United States of America. For God's sake people he's the President, if he wasnt in there it would be Gore. You think he could've done better? I mean listen to this true story...
"Back during teh Civil War(War between the States) a comedian in Maryland got up in front of an audience and make fun of and criticised the President Licoln. He was cheered by confederate sympathisers and booed by Unionists. Well the next morning they found him in the stables at the hotel he was staying at. He was decapitated..." There is also another story that sprang up a few decades later that he ghost haunts the streets headless. i first heard the ghost story..headless man that hounts streets..then found the interesting part bout what he did.
My biggest question is still...
WHY???

You can not be exempt from criticism just because you are head of state. By that logic, hitler, stalin, saddam, that guy in north korea etc are all exempt from criticism as well.
Especially in a democratic nation like the us where the point is that the president is not particularly special, just a normal american.

You suggest that we blindly follow the president? Why don't we just amend the constitution to give him the offfice for life, give him dictatorial powers, and remove the entire bill of rights?

The most ignorant thing I have ever heard. It is people like you that made our forefathers fear mob rule, and justifiably so. Any semblance of patriotism or pride in your country that you have is immediately eroded by your willingness to compromise the great values that this country was founded on. Congrats.

We don't need another presidential debate thread, and especially not in the frontroom. Closed.
