What is the smallest empire that you can win the game through Glorious Achievements? Which one would that be and how small it could be? If you plan on not-overextending. What are your tips in early or in all periods? Come forward and clash the ideas!

You can win with about 10 provinces, I think. You have to choose a faction with easy glorious acheivements, though. I think Aragon gets +1 GA point for every territory they capture, for instance. I would say strike hard against your strong neighbors and cripple them early on, so that they don't bother you later. That way you can play slowly and expand at your own leisure.

Well I try to do it with Sicilians ;) I have Malta & Sicily, Africa and Middle East (Crusade targets and surrounding) I also have Scandinavia and Ireland. Well thats more than 10 provinces but I only bribed and never attacked anybody except for crusades.

Btw, I bribe a faction's army does that place me in state of war with that faction?

Damn ;) I have to induce rebellion in Naples to grab it... This is a time for my spies ;) Any other ways for that? What agents to use or tricks to pull?

they're in a good rich position
they get 1 point for each province they conquer...

I will sure have a go with them next! And try to stop when I have all my GA provinces plus maximum 10 other provinces (or altogether 10 provinces?).

my first win was with the hungarians in late period, expert, it's very easy, just get your borders all the way to constantinople, and you're good :)
