Caesar in Gual campiagn

This has probably come up before, but what is this Caesar in Gual campaign.

It is mentioned in the following files:
Data/lookup_campaign_descriptions

So what happened to it?
Is CA going to release it later?

when i go and press the button "singleplayer" i get something called provincual campaign with to blank tables... has this got something to do with it or?

I have only seen the provincal campaign option when playing the total realism mod. I think it is where the non-imperial and Sons of Mars campaigns go. So it if the caesar in gual campaign was playable I would expect it to appear in the provincal campaign option.
