Dear Dr. Phil;
I would think that most of you folks have noticed this before, but I haven't. Nor have I read about it anywhere. Nearing the close of my current campaign, I decided to finish-off the Roman factions before taking Rome. Already have enough provinces. As usual, all three factions had stacks of boats everywhere. After I eliminated those Brutus people, I noticed huge fleets of Rebels, but didn't think much about it. The Julii had so many fleets between Italy and Sicily that it was actually hard to see water. And after snuffing them, what do I see? All of their fleets are now Rebel. I hadn't seen this before; at least hadn't noticed it. Is this a glitch or normal? Should they not just "go away" like the rest of their baggage, ie, dips, spies, etc.?
