HI
How cool would it be to have a detailed history of your faction IN the game? I mean having the chance to see a dead general traits, important battles he fought, maybe how he died and in faction leaders how big his empire grew during his lifetime?

The other day I wanted to see the expansion my faction have achieved in 3 generations (my leader is the grandson of the first leader) and I couldn't see nothing of any general except his decease date!!!

I believe it should be a nice improving in the game.

any ideas?

I like the idea. It would be cool to have kind of a history book of your empire, where you can look up important battles and other history you have made. Already important battles are marked out in the map with a date. But how these battles are chosen seems to be a mystery.
One thing that would bee really cool, was if there was a combined history book for reality and for the history you have made. So you could look up say 230 BC and read both of your empires size at the time, the big battle of Athens won by your general quasius Maximus, and read on what the real rome had acompished at the time.

I think it would be fun to give the 'famous' battles (the crossed swords markers) actual names. Have some default names that pop up depending on the terrain, perhaps with victor able to alter their names. It would be fun to see stuff called "The Battle of the Dacian Ford" or "The Third Siege of Rome."
